What is Dandy all about?

After clawing my way through two apprenticeships, I first touched ink to skin in 2019 and the rest was history.

Since then I have nurtured a portfolio of various tattoo techniques, which is only going to keep growing as I learn more and hone my craft.

Whilst that was all happening, I somehow managed to land myself a degree in Social Anthropology, with my dissertation focusing on how tattoos relate to personhood spanning time and world cultures.

I am currently writing a more refined body of text that will compound my essays, further research into things like the medicalisation of tattooing, and professional fieldwork.
